Bruno Salvati is a director of comedies that don’t make people laugh. His wife Anna, from whom he has separated, already seems to have someone else by her side. For his children Adele and Tito, he is not able to be as reliable and present a father as he would like. One day Bruno discovers that he has a form of leukaemia. He entrusts himself to a competent and tenacious haematologist, who accompanies him on what will be a real journey of rebirth. Bruno will learn to look up from himself and look at others.
